How long have you been with Ophelia and what do you appreciate about Ophelia?
I have been with Ophelia since March 1st, 2017 and I particularly appreciate the team spirit and solidarity and the willingness to help each other. I also like the short decision-making processes and the opportunity to contribute my own ideas.
What are your daily challenges?
My job is to plan the projects in the best possible way so that they are well prepared and implemented successfully. I am both the point of contact for customers and the internal point of contact for all departments involved.
What are your hobbies?
My little garden, reading, audio books, and sometimes convertible tours through the Bergisches Land.
Your life's maxim?
Don't think so often about what you lack, but think about what you have.
What sentence can drive you up the wall?
Can you just put that into practice?
Town life or country air - what tip would you like to give?
Both have their charm. I live a rather rural life and really enjoy having nature and the forest just around the corner. But I also like to be in town quickly. I always recommend my favorite island Langeoog, where the sea air blows around your nose - to recharge your batteries and relax.
